For invitation letter we need following documents:
Payment confirmation
– in group registration a written confirmation of the person responsible for the group registration that you were part of the group purchase and you have paid your full ticket price
Proof of JCI membership / connection
– a letter from local / national president to confirm valid membership
And following information (all of the below information are needed for the invitation letter):
