 We welcome you to join the JCI Finland Strategy Academy in Naantali, Finland at 7.-9. June 2024

 

🤩 The Strategy Academy training will consist of three days (Fri-Sun) of learning & teamwork.

In the training, you will learn:

 

🔸 Basic challenges of the strategy process & how to solve them

🔸 Key findings on how to become an inspiring strategic leader

🔸 How to implement strategy in work life and in JCI

🔸 How to motivate your team to work towards strategic goals

 

💡 During the weekend, you will produce a strategic action plan with your team & develop your problem-solving skills in brainstorming workshops.

 

🌍 The real-life strategy cases will focus on Human Resources strategies & Sustainable Development Goals strategies. If you have a preference, you can choose the option that interests you the most!
